I've forgotten my log in details, what should I do?

If you cannot recall the email address you used to register with the site please contact us

Please include as many of the following details as possible:

• Full name
• Postcode
• Phone number
• Personal Number
• Mand8 username

If you have forgotten your password only all you need to do is click on the 'Forgot password?' link located beneath the 'Login' field. You will be asked to enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you.

What happens if I get a new email address?

If you have changed your email please notify us via the 'contact us' link or via feedback@mand8.com Please be sure to include your mand8 username.

How do I change my password?

To change your Mand8 password:

1. Start by clicking on “My Page” in the navigation menu.
2. Click on “View/Edit Profile” located top right on the “my profile” pane.
3. Select “Account” from the menu options
4. Click on the “change password” link
5. Complete password fields and click “UPDATE”
